Source & Nature of Funds

TechCatalyst® is a business unit of the American Chemical Society (ACS). ACS is a large non-profit that invests its own funds in exchange for your convertible debt. When the investment is converted, TechCatalyst acquires an ownership stake - much like an accredited angel investor. We are not a government sponsored program, nor do we manage the pooled funds of others like a venture capitalist.

Focus

ACS funds are reserved only for Finder & Advisor Service (FAS) small business clients seeking to commercialize chemical allied products technologies in the US market.

Investment Funds

Generally, investments can range from $50,000 - $250,000 USD.

Geographic Interest

US-based small businesses and foreign concerns committed to market and sell their chemical allied product based technologies or products within the US.
