Qualifications for CATALYST investment eligibility include:

Potential catalyst clients*	Qualifications
Small Business	Any concern with less than 500 employees and at least: 5 employees 2 years of strong and proven operating history, and $2M in book value
Non-Profit	Any private or public non-profit research institute; any institution of higher learning Must have a strong reputation for discovering and licensing innovative chemical and allied products
ACS Member Inventor	Any ACS member inventor and must own chemical and allied product technology that wil revolutionize a large market segment.
