At TechCatalyst, we’ve simplified our fee-based offerings to prospective clients into the Finder & Advisor Service and CATALYST Program.

1. FINDER & ADVISOR SERVICE

• Locates breakthrough C&AS technology that meets or exceeds the client’s specifications; or
• Identifies and qualifies potential licensees or sublicensees to commercialize a C&AS technology; and
• Advises the client on that technology’s or the licensee or sublicensee’s strategic fit with the client’s business purpose (e.g., technical merit, development risks, qualifications, etc.).

2. CATALYST PROGRAM

This Program provides Finder & Advisor clients with non-opportunistic and strategic capital to acquire and develop C&AS technologies that enhance the value of their existing or planned product offerings. TechCatalyst offers these funds to clients in two phases based upon need and through flexible and tailored investments.

Phase I:   Funds to acquire technology.

Phase II: Funds to add value via strategic risk mitigation.
